The APC Progressive Governors’ Forum has rated Kano State as leading all other states for the third time in the areas of security, infrastructural development, health, education, and economy, among other areas. Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano, disclosed this while addressing a news conference in Kano on Wednesday. He said the rating was contained in the November 2019 Assessment Report released by All Progressives Congress (APC) progressive governors’ forum signed by its Director-General, Salihu Mohammed Lukman. “The Forum initiates Progressive Strides- Tracking Development Initiatives in APC states as part of a strategy to further deepen good governance among all APC states in the country through the promotion of healthy competition among the states. The report also showed that all states in the forum were represented and featured in this edition of the assessment strides.
